We also went to Universal Studios (we have season passes) - to see the "Grinchmas" show and the holiday parade. We had never been before - and we all LOVED it!
The kids really had fun playing with the hats in the gift shop!
Just love this picture!
Waiting for the parade to start. It was actually cold that day . . . well, cold for us Floridians. I think it was 60! ;)
Oh, I am just so thankful this time of year. The holidays are always hard without Jacob with us - but we are able to celebrate with a peace, joy, hope & love that only comes from God. He is so faithful.
I have so many pictures to share - so I will try to update again soon so I can catch up. I hope you all have a wonderfully, blessed week before Christmas. I know I am going to slow down, savor the excitement, spend time with my family and truly celebrate the true meaning of the season - CHRIST!
Ending with a scripture . . .
"A child has been born for us. We have been given a son who will be our ruler. His names will be Wonderful Advisor and Mighty God, Eternal Father and Prince of Peace."
Isaiah 9:6
So thankful for our Prince of Peace,

Oh Allie is just getting cuter by the day! Looks like you are getting set for a fun family Christmas.
Heather I love all the pictures with the different hat. Allie will really love opening gifts this year. She is at such a fun age. I took Gracie and Brittany to our Christmas Parade and it was just 32 degrees. They didn't seem to mind. I ask for all the Twilight Series for Christmas, so you know what I'll be doing after Christmas.I hope your family has a great Christmas, I can't wait to see the pictures. Merry Merry Christmas....
and Merry Christmas to your sweet Angel Jacob.....
who continues to spread love, friendship and joy, without him we would all be strangers.....
I was so excited to see an update! I know this time of year is bittersweet for you and it looks like your family is plugging along making some great Christmas memories. It was such a pleasure to see you in person at the Walk through Bethlehem where we waited 3 and a half hours :0, but it is worth it, we go every year!
Merry Christmas and I wish you Peace, Love and Happiness in 2009!

How wonderful that you are too busy with your happy activities to blog! What a warm, loving family you have. Is it just me or is Allie getting prettier every day? She really is a perfect fit with your family. I hope you all have a very merry Christmas!
The kids are all getting so big. Baby Joey is a doll!! Allie just gets more and more beautiful. And, those boys of yours are very handsome. Their smiles just light up a room.
Thisis the time of year for us to savor our family. Blogging and such does have to take a backseat. Look forward to more in the new year!!
I love all of the pictures...looks like you have been having fun! I hope you continue to enjoy these memories in the making. And sending hugs your way...while Jacob is having the ultimate Christmas with his Father, I can just imagine how much you miss him every day.
What a fun update!
I agree! In spite of how crazy things get-Christmas is such a fun time of year!
Praying for you guys!
Always love when you post! Disney and Universal are so magical this time of year.
Oh Heather....never apologize for spending time with your wonderful family and making new memories! I can only speak for myself but I'm sure this is shared by your readers.....you are definitely missed when you don't blog (I check on you daily!) but...it warms my heart that you are having such positive experiences and doing this only with God's love! I wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas! Thank you for sharing!
Hugs from Missouri,
Shari
Yes, this time of year keeps us all so busy. Enjoy your time, because as fast as these kiddos grow.....we will want to remember ALL of these memories. I think the Jacob stocking drive is just a sweet sweet and awesome way to honor and remember your precious boy. Praying that your family will have a blessed holiday season!
Looks like you all had a blast! I thought of you over Thanksgiving as we traveled to Disneyworld during the holidays. Your weather is wonderful this time of year. We've had very cold weather of late and I kept saying "I wanna go back to Florida!". :-D It is a wonderful time to visit the parks!
I know your busy over there, thanks for updating and sharing the pictures with us! Merry Christmas! Allie is loosing that baby face, she's such a doll! Hugs from Fort Worth!
So glad to see an update! I want to wish you and your beautiful family a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Oh my goodness! Your boys are so handsome, and Miss Allie looks like a little girl now, not a baby anymore!
You're doing a great job Mama!
I cannot get over how much older Allie looks - she is growing up right before our very eyes!!
I love all the family type stuff you guys do - that is how I want my family to be but.......it isn't and we will just leave it at that :)
You are such an inspiration to me and while I certainly understand your lack of time, I will be happy to read your posts whenever you have time again! They are like "lessons" for me and I always am so blessed after reading them.
I hope you and your family have the greatest, Merriest Christmas ever!
xoxo

Heather,
I was at Epcot on 12/6 (for my birthday!) While walking through the United Kingdom, heading towards the front of the park, I recognized you guys. I actually recognized your mom first! :) You were walking right next to her. I couldn't believe it. I saw a stroller with baby Joey and then recognized Kyle and saw Brandon jump on a light post. I just stood there and stared as you guys walked by. Then Donnie came pushing Allie in the stroller. It was such a thrill to see your beautiful family!
Looks like you guys had a great trip. Love the hat pictures, we always do the same thing!
Merry Christmas!
Colleen
